Our Lilydale based firm has a need for legal secretary to support our busy family law team. This talented individual will be looking for a varied and fulfilling role in a supportive, positive workplace.

As a small but rapidly growing general practice firm our firm’s mission is to solve client’s legal problems as expeditiously as possible for our clients.

Role will include broad legal secretarial support to our family law team, including but not limited to:

  • Handling telephone enquiries from new and existing clients;
  • Drafting routine correspondence;
  • Sending and receiving correspondence on behalf of lawyers;
  • Brief preparation and assembly;
  • Discovery review and collation;
  • Filing and other necessary administrative support.

The successful applicant must be adept at working in a fast paced environment and able to multi-task across numerous files.
